My name is Daniel Rosales.

 

I was born and raised in Southern California and have been living here for the past 28 years. As a child, I experienced the value of tenacity as I worked with my family’s concrete pumping business. I learned that consistency and hard work are critical to success.

 

Through these principles, I was awarded a scholarship to compete in Cross Country and Track and Field at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After graduating from UCLA, I enlisted into the Los Angeles Police Academy (LAPD). Shortly after completing my probationary period as a patrol Officer, I simultaneously obtained my real estate sales person license and began practicing real estate.

 

This may seem like a lot at once – but I'm not saying this to impress you.

 

I'm saying this to impress upon you that dedication and a relentless work ethic will move you to where you want to be.

 

And these are the same principles I practice when working in real estate. 

These past four years have been very instrumental in my development within the real estate industry. Whether it was researching and helping my clients obtain investment properties in high demand rent areas and locating lessees, or commercial lease and contracting, I am have been heavily involved in the many sub-topics within real estate.

Most importantly, as the real estate market is rapidly changing, I am committed to learning everyday so I can provide the best services for my clients. Nothing brings me more excitement than helping my clients get a great deal! My goal is to help you obtain multiple properties and increase your passive income so can enjoy the benefits that come along with it.
